When I first started eliminating just Monosodium Glutamate from my diet I found myself suffering from the same symptoms. This caused me to do more research and I found that there were many other ingredients that the food industry was using that triggered my allergies. All of these were, I was to find, flavor enhancers/excitotoxins/MSG in disguise. I have listed below all of the ingredients that we are aware of today.
